How to Schedule
Our initial visits range from 45-60 minutes. It will be best to complete intake forms prior to appointments.
1) Choose a Provider
Dr. Sean or Dr. Janae will be shown as available provider options. Please select an available time for either provider. We work closely with all patients as a team.
2) Select a Date and Time
Choose a convenient date and time on our calendar below.
3) Pay Deposit
Our initial consult is $150 for day 1 and day 2 visits. We require a $75 deposit to reserve your appointment.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, our site will redirect you to a payment page to provide the deposit.
